The insurance market is arguably more cluttered than any other industry. And when it comes to advertising, everyone has something to say. So rather than simply focusing on making the loudest noises (like many of carriers so frequently do) our strategy for Commerce Mapfre insurance was to focus on fundamental human values—trust, reliability, and service. Then we created a brand awareness campaign that would target consumers when they’d be most receptive to our message: While driving.
A variety of marketing communications materials were created for the independent agents to promote a local relationship backed by the leader in the industry with the strength, service, and resources to take care of any event a consumer might encounter.
