MARKETING A NEW NEIGHBORHOOD
The Homes at 45 neighborhood was a dream client. Perfect location, all the amenities and an engaged audience of prospective buyers—and then the pandemic hit. Open houses, private tours, spontaneous visits, all came to a screeching halt. Not only were prospective homebuyers nowhere to be found, they were locked down in their homes and afraid to go out.
So we pivoted. We created a unique POV and message that took advantage of the neighborhood’s location, proximity to everything and amenities that had become even more important in the wake of the pandemic.
Results: A completely sold neighborhood in 6 months!
